Wow. Is it summer?

Summer is just rolling here into June, and it's been a wild one. Stacy and I had a sick kiddo on our hands last week. Luckily, between taking turns at home and my lovely mother-in-law, Jake made it through the week. He took a trip for some feel better at the docs office, and was so good his mom even bought him a little "prize" at Wal-greens. Who is that masked man!? It's JAKE!
He's growing so fast!
I knew he was back up to speed because he wanted to go outside this weekend and play baseball, basketball, and on "Jake's Park" which is what he calls his swingset and playhouse.
Had a nice lunch Saturday at Bonehead's at Poplar/Perkins Ext. Jake likes eating there too because he can see the trains go by. I think my wife likes it because it's near the mall.
I took a trip Sunday to Carriage Crossing for my annual "new black Clark's" trip. I go through a black pair of Clark slip ons per year. I still love that mall.
